Being lost for words to write appreciation emails, I thought it would be a better idea to give my colleagues something memorable to remember me by :) So i designed some photo's of my farewell party, developed them out and attached with some local gifts from my hometown in Sarawak. All the gifts are native handcrafts. Just sent them out and they all seem pretty happy and appreciate it. . .. Mission accomplished! ^^
Last updated 14th March 2014 I first did this research back in 2008. I was very surprised and excited to find scrapbooking and craft shops blooming in Malaysia. I'm still grateful that we Malaysians are able to have have access to buy these supplies today. I hope we will be able to get more and more brands into Malaysia. ^^ I don't mind sharing these info as I believe "Sharing is Caring" and I would love to see more Malaysian crafters coming out with lovely production to enhance our local crafting market. you know shera ... you got a good touch. your craft is excellent ... that goes without saying! you're enthusiastic, you keep learning, and you present your stuff real well! you MUST open a craft shop some time in the future. i imagine you would be really creative in combining your home's native craft and your own and give it a totally unique, hip and up-market twist. collaborate with native artist or crafter ... you will definitely do well. i can feel it!
