Instead, invest your energy in the positive present moment Realize that life is a school and you are here To learn. 11th May 2008 - 振邦's gonna graduate from Singapore bible colleage on this day. This time I designed the card to look a 'square hat' (iggy and yii wen's idea), and then the inside to open up like a phone book. I'm pretty happy with the design this time. Had most of the brothers and sisters in church to sign it. Hope this card will give him encouragement on his serving road ahead of him. GAMBATEH!!

30th March 2008 - Mary's Wedding Mary has always been a great big sister to our youngsters in church. To me personally, she was the one who drove me to church when I first came to KL and has no car. Also did she brot me for nice foods and introduced me to pasar malam in KL. She was one of the important people who helped me get on my feet when I first came to work in KL. To me she's one of the angels that God has sent and I've always been grateful. Now that she is getting married, we all rejoice together with her. Together with the cards above signed by brothers and sisters in Pandan, we bought her an oven as wedding gift and house warming gift (one stone hit 2 birds =p). Hope the oven will be practical though. Anyways, I'd like to wish Mary all the happiness in her marriage. May God bless her marriage and that she and Jackson will always 甜甜密密, 白头到老.

26th April 2008 - Mummy's 51st Birthday I made a semi pop-up card for her this year. As the card is being opened, the heart will slide along the arch. Got the idea from a card I saw in a shopping mall. The card was preposted (a few days ahead), and response was positive :) .... pleasant surprise. My sister baked a prune cake, but somehow ended up my mum kinda become the main chef there *.* Later that night they all went out for dinner at apollo and had curry fish head and drunken prawns. Too bad I haven't been there to celebrate birthdays for my family, but my wishes and blessings will always be there. Happy birthday again Mum.

It was quiet that day, the guns and the mortars, and land mines for some reason hadn't been heard. The young soldier knew it was Sunday, the holiest day of the week. As he was sitting there, he got out an old deck of cards and laid them out across his bunk.
