Pandan's 1st Jamming Session

We had our first trial of jamming session yesterday. The guys got the scores and practiced it seperately at home already. As for me, when I saw that Shi Quan could play lead, I jumped in and offer to play the rhythm (typical 'syiok' sendiri loh :P) so he can play the fun part. Well, even though we started out sounding like playing 3 different songs and that we couldn't play loud as it was late, but slowly we got the hang of each other and we definitely enjoyed it ^^ It's been a while since I've jammed and its the first for Shi Quan. Not sure for Kherlian tho, think probably his first time jamming too. It was fun and we'll do it again! Hehe. Below is the original MV of the song we jammed. As for our own MV... still under construction la. Haha. (我这个过路人讲到好像真的是自己的band liao)... :P

Scrapbooking Stores in Malaysia

Last updated 14th March 2014 I first did this research back in 2008. I was very surprised and excited to find scrapbooking and craft shops blooming in Malaysia. I'm still grateful that we Malaysians are able to have have access to buy these supplies today. I hope we will be able to get more and more brands into Malaysia. ^^ I don't mind sharing these info as I believe "Sharing is Caring" and I would love to see more Malaysian crafters coming out with lovely production to enhance our local crafting market. Unknown Song without a Title

Wrote this song somewhere end of February 2014, during Charge Up! camp, where I joined a song composing workshop. It was a sweet and thoughtful gift from Ruidi & Sandy. I was in between barista jobs and was struggling financially. While they joined the camp, not only they thought of inviting me, including me in the fun, they offered to pay for my fee. One of the most memorable gifts I've received for no reason. During the workshop, we were given this exercise where we were shown the picture of a pruned tree. We brainstormed words relating the picture and we were asked to compose a song from there. The song below is my take on it, with much help from my facilitators, Ernest and Ming Li, on the lyrics and also the music. To have met and known them have been such a privilege, an honor and one of my greatest inspiration. It's been a while, and I don't know why I chose to journal this here today.
