Special Commemorative Cover of President Barack Obama

Got up early today to que for this - Special Commemorative Cover President Barack Obama’s Visit to Malaysia. President Obama will be the first president of the United States of America to visit Malaysia in nearly half a century (44 years) after President Lyndon Johnson’s visit in 1966. This edition is only limited to 25000 copies nationwide. Miri was only given 30 copies. Dad was the one who told me about this and drove me to buy it. We went out before 7am, had breakfast and bought some vegies/meat at the market while waiting for the post office to open at 8am. Enjoyed spending that time with Dad and I'm always touched when he drives me around to run errands. He helped to que too and in the end we managed to get two copies ^^

I stamped my planner too :p Isn't it lovely? hehe.

Scrapbooking Stores in Malaysia

Last updated 14th March 2014 I first did this research back in 2008. I was very surprised and excited to find scrapbooking and craft shops blooming in Malaysia. I'm still grateful that we Malaysians are able to have have access to buy these supplies today. I hope we will be able to get more and more brands into Malaysia. ^^ I don't mind sharing these info as I believe "Sharing is Caring" and I would love to see more Malaysian crafters coming out with lovely production to enhance our local crafting market. Happy Birthday to Me / Color Inspiration Challenge #46

Someone is Praying for You

I'm the 关怀 (caring) in the committee for our church's Youth Fellowship and I hope to promote the "love one another" environment in the fellowship. So I made these little note cards (with words "Someone is praying for you") and plan to play the angel game tonight. Tonight's game will be slightly different. First of all, this is going to last for a month. I made a little form for them to list down their prayer item and each of them will randomly draw each other's names. Whomever you draw, you will have to care for this person for a month. To start with, they can give the note card I've prepared and pray for this person in their daily lives. If they have the initiative to take further steps, I've prepared a post box for them to throw in little gifts or notes through out the month.
