My First Scrapbook - Ruidy & Sandy Wedding Invitation

My first 'proper' scrapbook!! Woohoo.... well, actually its not really a scrapbook, its more of an invitation notice, but I decided to make it scrapbook style. This is a wedding gift for my 2 best friends - Ruidy & Sandy. Its for their invitation to post at the church branches bulletin. I made 10 designs for 10 different branches and I bought a nice album by Chatterbox (oh, i love this album especially the bookmark) for them to keep afterwards. I custom made some stamps (my first attempt) for their names as well. Quality wise still very far from perfect, but I'm working on it. Finally got started and it was fun!!! :)

Scrapbooking Stores in Malaysia

Last updated 14th March 2014 I first did this research back in 2008. I was very surprised and excited to find scrapbooking and craft shops blooming in Malaysia. I'm still grateful that we Malaysians are able to have have access to buy these supplies today. I hope we will be able to get more and more brands into Malaysia. ^^ I don't mind sharing these info as I believe "Sharing is Caring" and I would love to see more Malaysian crafters coming out with lovely production to enhance our local crafting market. Someone is Praying for You

I'm the 关怀 (caring) in the committee for our church's Youth Fellowship and I hope to promote the "love one another" environment in the fellowship. So I made these little note cards (with words "Someone is praying for you") and plan to play the angel game tonight. Tonight's game will be slightly different. First of all, this is going to last for a month. I made a little form for them to list down their prayer item and each of them will randomly draw each other's names. Whomever you draw, you will have to care for this person for a month. To start with, they can give the note card I've prepared and pray for this person in their daily lives. If they have the initiative to take further steps, I've prepared a post box for them to throw in little gifts or notes through out the month.
